"Look! There is the Lamb of God." (John 1:36)

God’s people, in Old Testament times were required to sacrifice the best lamb in their flocks .Through faith in God their sins were forgiven. These sacrifices pointed to the day when God’s promised one would provide full atonement for sin.
John, walking along with his disciples, identified Jesus as the promised Messiah.
We look back to the time that Jesus died on the cross, and through faith we rejoice in forgiveness of sin and peace with God.

Look to Him daily and know God’s peace and joy.

To pay the price of sin.
He only could unlock the gate
Of heaven, and let us in."
