"He shall glorify Me." (John 16:14)
The Holy Spirit glorifies Jesus by showing us our desperate need of Him. We need daily to be humbled and looking to Jesus. There is nothing in this world that can meet our spiritual need for one moment of time, but in Jesus there is enough to satisfy all for all Eternity.
Jesus is glorified when we confess our sins, and put our trust in Him for salvation; when we look only to Him for all we need; when His praise fills our hearts. This means the death of our pride and self–sufficiency.
Dear believer, "whatever you do in word or deed, do all to the glory of Jesus." (Colossians 3:17) He is "King of kings and Lord of lords." (Revelation 19:16)

"พระองค์จะทรงนำเกียรติสิริมาให้เรา" (ยอห์น 16:14 TNCV)
พระวิญญาณบริสุทธิ์นำเกียรติสิริให้กับพระเยซูด้วยการที่ทรงแสดงให้เราเห็นถึงความจำเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่ชีวิตเราจะต้องมีพระเยซู เราจำเป็นต้องถ่อมใจลงและมองไปที่พระเยซูทุกๆ วัน ไม่มีสิ่งใดในโลกนี้ที่จะสามารถเติมเต็มความต้องการฝ่ายวิญญาณของเราได้แม้เพียงสักเวลาเดียว แต่ในพระเยซู เราจะมีเพียงพอเสมอที่จะสามารถทำให้เราอิ่มใจในทุกสิ่งตลอดชั่วนิรันดร์กาล
พระเยซูได้รับเกียรติสิริเมื่อเราสารภาพบาปของเรา และวางใจในพระองค์สำหรับความรอด เมื่อเรามองไปที่พระองค์แต่เพียงผู้เดียวเพื่อที่จะได้รับสิ่งจำเป็นสำหรับเรา เมื่อคำสรรเสริญพระองค์เต็มอยู่ในใจของเรา นี่หมายความถึงความตายของความหยิ่งยโสของเราและความรู้สึกว่าตัวเองเพียงพอแล้ว
