Daily Devotional, April 27
We, as believers in Jesus, often become discouraged; we do not live up to our privileges. The things of time become too important to us, because we do not give enough thought to the heaven that awaits us. But our Lord is the God of all comfort, and to Him alone we should look.
He comforts us by His Son whom He has given us; by the Holy Spirit whom He pours out upon us; by His Word in which He speaks to us; and through the church where we have fellowship with His people.
Let us look to God this morning, and pray according to His Word for His comfort for ourselves and others.

เราซึ่งเป็นผู้เชื่อในพระเยซู มักจะท้อใจ เราไม่ได้ดำรงชีวิตตามสิทธิพิเศษที่เรามี สิ่งต่างๆ ในกาลเวลากลายเป็นสิ่งสำคัญในชีวิตของเรามากจนเกินไป เพราะเราไม่ได้คิดถึงสวรรค์ที่รอคอยเราอยู่มากเพียงพอ แต่องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าของเราเป็นพระเจ้าแห่งการปลอบโยนทั้งสิ้น และเราควรจะมองไปที่พระองค์แต่เพียงผู้เดียว
พระองค์ปลอบโยนเราโดยพระบุตรของพระองค์ที่พระองค์ได้ประทานให้แก่เรา โดยพระวิญญาณบริสุทธิ์ของพระองค์ผู้ซึ่งพระองค์ได้เทลงมาให้แก่เรา โดยพระคำของพระองค์ที่พระองค์ได้ตรัสแก่เรา และผ่านทางคริสตจักรที่ซึ่งเรามีสามัคคีธรรมกับประชากรของพระองค์
ขอให้เรามองไปที่พระเจ้าในเช้าวันนี้ และอธิษฐานตามพระคำของพระองค์ เพื่อเราเองและผู้อื่นก็จะได้รับการปลอบโยน

"เรานี่แหละเป็นผู้ปลอบโยนเจ้า" (อิสยาห์ 51:12 TNCV)
