"You will see greater things than these." (John 1:50)
When by the Holy Spirit the eyes of our understanding are opened, we begin to see out of darkness; but our spiritual sight is imperfect; there is much more to be seen later.
We shall see greater depths of sin in our nature, and greater depths of God's grace.
We shall see more of the emptiness, vanity, and deceitfulness of the world; and have greater reason to rejoice that we are delivered from it.
We shall see greater things in our Bibles.
We shall see Christ descending, present things abolished, and the glories of Eternity unfolding.
Let us seek greater things, for God is true.

"ท่านจะเห็นเหตุการณ์ใหญ่กว่านั้นอีก" (ยอห์น 1:50 THSV2011)
เมื่อพระวิญญาณบริสุทธิ์เปิดดวงตาแห่งความเข้าใจของเรา เราก็เริ่มมองเห็นในความมืด แต่สายตาฝ่ายวิญญาณของเรายังไม่สมบูรณ์แบบ เราจะได้เห็นสิ่งต่างๆ มากมายในภายหลัง
เราจะเห็นความลึกของบาปในธรรมชาติของเรายิ่งใหญ่ขึ้น และเห็นความลึกของพระคุณของพระเจ้ายิ่งใหญ่ขึ้น
เราจะเห็นความว่างเปล่า ความอนิจจัง และความหลอกลวงของโลกมากยิ่งขึ้น และเราจะมีเหตุผลมากยิ่งขึ้นที่จะชื่นชมยินดีว่าเราได้รอดพ้นจากโลกนี้แล้ว
เราจะเห็นสิ่งต่างๆ ในพระคัมภีร์ของเรายิ่งใหญ่ขึ้น
เราจะเห็นพระคริสต์ลงมา เห็นสิ่งสารพัดในยุคปัจจุบันถูกทำลาย และเห็นเกียรติสิริของการปรากฎขึ้นมาของนิรันดร์กาล
ขอให้เราแสวงหาสิ่งที่ยิ่งใหญ่มากยิ่งขึ้น เพราะพระเจ้าสัตย์ซื่อ
